## Week 01 — Face-to-Face Working Session (Decision)

We meet in person and frontload the hard calls: which workflow, which customers, which business model, which launch scope, and what must be true before we go live. The goal is a practical build scope, not a broad discovery project.

**Deliverable:** Business scope, decision map, and launch criteria.

## Week 02 — Build Sprint: Workflow Foundation (Build)

Reflective Labs builds on our side: workflow states, decision points, product skeleton, and the first application flow. Partner homework runs in parallel: map required resources, systems, data, people, permissions, and integration owners.

**Deliverable:** Workflow spine and resource/integration checklist.

## Week 03 — Build Sprint: Agentic Fit (Build)

We shape the right-fitted agentic AI: where agents help, where people stay in control, how decisions are logged, and how the workflow moves. The partner closes the homework: sample data, integration access, operating resources, and launch organization.

**Deliverable:** Private alpha and integration readiness pack.

## Week 04 — Face-to-Face Integration Session (Integration)

We meet again to wire reality into the product: systems, resources, permissions, operating rules, data flows, and edge cases. Any decision that still blocks integration gets closed in the room.

**Deliverable:** Integrated beta plan with confirmed owners and access.

## Week 05 — Product & Commercial Setup (Launch prep)

The real work gets done: integrations, onboarding flows, subscription tiers, billing, admin roles, support paths, reporting, and the first-user cohort. The application becomes a service, not a demo.

**Deliverable:** Release candidate with pricing, billing, and onboarding.

## Week 06 — Organization Onboarding (Activation)

We onboard users and the operating organization, tune workflows against real use, harden permissions, set monitoring and escalation paths, and prepare launch support. This is where adoption risk gets worked down.

**Deliverable:** Launch-ready organization and active pilot users.

## Week 07 — Launch (Live)

Production launch with live users, subscriptions, monitoring, partner handoff, and the operating cadence for the next phase. The application leaves the program as a running business service.

**Deliverable:** Public launch with live users, billing, and growth plan.
